About

Acharya Nilay

Acharya Nilay is a space for practical spirituality and self inquiry. It does not present spirituality as a fixed system of rules, beliefs or assumptions. Instead, it encourages you to question what you accept, observe your conditioning and ego with care, and seek direct understanding.

Adhyatma here means inquiry into the Atman, the true Self. Through talks, books and podcasts, mainly in Hindi, we explore identity, success, happiness and human suffering. You are not asked to give up wealth, ambition, career or responsibilities, only to examine how you identify with them.

A teacher can offer direction. The inquiry remains yours.
